This notice explains how we handle the personal data you send us by e-mail (GDPR, Art. 13).

Who we are
Molossa (company in formation). Data controller: Stijn Wynants, a natural person acting on behalf of the Molossa founding team.

What we collect
Your name, your e-mail address and whatever you write in your message.
Purpose
Answering your message about Molossa. Nothing else.
Legal basis
Steps taken at your request before a possible agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Recipients
Your e-mail arrives in the shared Molossa mailbox in Microsoft 365, hosted in the EU, read by the two founders. Microsoft acts as our processor. We do not share your data with anyone else, and we do not send you marketing without your separate consent.
Retention
We keep your message for 12 months after our last contact and then delete it.
Automated decisions
None. No profiling and no automated decision-making.
Cookies and tracking
This page sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics.

Your rights

You may:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have it corrected or deleted;
  • object to its use or ask us to restrict it;
  • withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect what we did before);
  • lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example the one in the EU country where you live or work.
